CONDITIONS

Payment & booking confirmation
You must pay 100% to confirm your booking. After this you will immediately receive a booking confirmation. If you use paying extras on site, they will be settled during check-out.

Arrival Departure
Check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible, only on request and subject to availability.
Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. A late check-out is also possible, only on request and subject to availability. If you check out late, the deposit may be withheld.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure time and any delays. We are always present from 3 pm to 6 pm. If you would arrive later, please inform us in advance so that we can take this into account so that someone is sure to be present.

It is possible to bring your luggage earlier at your own risk or to leave it there when you leave the villa, please inform us in advance.

House rules
In the regulations below you will find the house rules that apply to Villa Norte. By entering the domain you accept the house rules. In case of violation of one or more house rules, you will be immediately requested to leave the domain, without refund of paid costs and / or deposit
To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, the following house rules apply:

It is forbidden to smoke on the entire domain, due to the risk of fire during drought. There is a total ban in the rooms. (This also applies to electronic cigarettes, vapers, shisha, etc.). Smoking is only allowed on the open patio.

No loud music after midnight.

Undesirable behavior (such as: racism, discrimination and aggression) against staff and/or other guests will not be tolerated.

It is forbidden to receive unregistered persons or more than the permitted number of persons in the room.

When damaging property of Villa Norte, you will be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.

When using the common areas such as the outdoor kitchen, gym and patio, please tidy up your belongings and place the kitchen utensils in the dishwasher.

We cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, television, electrical kitchen appliances, swimming pool filtration systems, nor for the failure of public services such as water and electricity. However, if there is a failure or interruption of any of the services listed here, we will do our best to diagnose the problem, repair or replace the item as soon as possible

It is not possible to sublet the villa to third parties. You are responsible for leaving all furniture, facilities and equipment of the villa in the same condition.

You will be given the keys to the domain and your casita. If the keys are lost, costs will be charged. Costs to have keys made are 25 euros.

There are several cameras in and around the domain. By entering the domain, you agree that recordings may be made of you. In the event of incidents, these recordings can be shown to the authorities.

In cases that are not mentioned in the house rules, the business managers decide

Rules regarding consumption at Villa Norte
We also ask you to be attentive to the use of both water and electricity. Follow these simple guidelines for responsible air conditioning use; air conditioning should never be on ​​in empty rooms, as it only takes 5 minutes to d1-3239-9149-20813d6c673b_room cooling down.

Security and privacy

Data and/or images from all parties must be handled discreetly.

The rental price of the villa does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation and/or travel insurance with personal accident coverage.

Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk.

Please ensure that all windows and doors remain locked upon departure.

No compensation can be given from us in the event of a burglary.

We would like to remind customers of the importance of supervising children at all times, especially around the gardens and pool.

Please do not use glassware in or around the pool. Plastic glasses are provided for this.

We are not responsible for personal injury or death of any member of the booking party, or any other person at the property. The facilities are used strictly at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy
There are adjusted cancellation conditions regarding Covid-19:
If you are not allowed to travel from Belgium to Ibiza due to Covid measures, the stay may be cancelled. The moment the travel restrictions are lifted, you may book a stay again for the next three years, to the value of the amount paid. Cancellation regarding these possible Covid measures is valid up to and including the day of arrival.

General cancellation conditions
Please inform us by email if you wish to cancel the booking,brda.ibiza@gmail.com. The booking that you have already paid for meets the following cancellation conditions and cancellation costs:

More than 120 days before arrival - 0% of the total cost

120- 50 days before arrival- 40% of the total cost

49-40 days before arrival- 50% of the total cost
-
39-30 days before arrival- 65% of the total cost
-
29-14 days before arrival- 85% of the total cost
-
Less than 14 days before arrival- 100% of the total cost

Guarantee
We ask for a deposit of 250 euros per reservation. This must be paid at the time of booking or in cash upon arrival. At check-out you will receive the deposit if everything has been left correctly.
If damage is nevertheless caused, we will inform you as soon as possible about the costs of the repair / hourly wages for workers and / or replacement. The deposit will be deducted, in the worst case you will receive an additional invoice.
